What does “community” mean to you and how have the events of the past year shaped your perspective? Prepare yourself to connect, engage and reflect during the 27th Annual Treasury of Knowledge retreat, a virtual, interactive experience.

During this informative weekend, Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche will share essential points of view, practices, and engaged, compassionate action as skillful means for empowering the development and sustainability of kind communities. The retreat will include small group discussions that will offer attendees the opportunity to contemplate and contribute.

 A Virtual Program

The TOK 2021 weekend program is open to all around the globe as a webcast. One unique feature of this retreat will be the depth and quality of the dialogue, both within and between the groups, and with Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche himself.  Recordings of the talks will be viewable through December 31, 2021. This year’s experience will include:

  • Five teaching sessions by Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche
  • Two-morning sitting sessions
  • Three small group discussions
  • A large group discussion following the final talk
  • Follow-up activities to keep the kind community together

Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche is a Buddhist scholar and teacher of the Nyingma and Kagyu schools of Tibetan Buddhism. Rinpoche is the founder and president of Nalandabodhi International, an international network of Buddhist meditation centers, and of Nalanda West, an international events center located in Seattle, WA. Ponlop Rinpoche is an accomplished calligrapher, visual artist, poet, and author. His books include Mind Beyond Death, Penetrating Wisdom, Wild Awakening, Rebel Buddha, and Emotional Rescue.
